Avenue condos in downtown Calgary’s west end is having their project launch! Tomorrow, Saturday, November 2nd, marks the grand opening of Avenue’s 4000 square foot sales centre. Grosvenor is also currently busy with two other new Calgary condo developments called Drake and Smith; both are found in the beltline community of Connaught. Drake condos are almost completed construction with some units left, while Smith still is the early on in the pre-construction process.
