Rosedale Amenities and Services

Rosedale has many amenities and services available to residents within a short driving distance. Stop by 16th Avenue North for a number of services or walk across 10th Street NW to attend SAIT Polytechnic or the Alberta College of Art and Design. The Jubilee Auditorium and North Hill Mall are also located within minutes of the community as well as the Home Depot.

Public transportation is abundant on the areas borders making commuting to and from destinations that much easier.

McHugh Bluff Park and the Bow River Valley are located south of the community for outdoor leisure and recreation. Hundreds of businesses are located all around Rosedale giving people less traveling time for errands and more time for life.

Rosedale Schools

  • Home to two schools, Rosedale Elementary teaches kindergarten to grade six.

The closest LRT station is SAIT Station and is less than fifteen minutes of walking from any area of the community.

Some of the route names that service Rosedale and close by areas include 16th Avenue North, Rosedale East Calgary, Northhill, Huntington, Northland, Hillhurst, Varsity Acres and Bridgeland, Parkhill and Foothills, BRT – North and West (LRT Replacement), Elbow Drive and Sandstone, MacEwan Express, Panorama Express, Renfrew and Spruce Cliff and Dalhousie and South Calgary (South Centre). LRT can connect you with any area not covered by these public bus routes by transferring via downtown LRT terminal.
