East Village Milestone: Occupancy Begins at FIRST Condos

A Huge Milestone for East Village with FIRST Condos by FRAM + Slokker Beginning Occupancy!

East Village’s developing partners have been hard at work for many years bringing to life the full potential of this new mixed-use community, and as of a few days ago have now reached a very important milestone on that journey with the first resident moving into FIRST Condos!

With the celebration of this event, developer FRAM + Slokker is very pleased to announce begin the occupancy phase for all new condo buyers at FIRST Condos.

Over the next few months, all new condo buyers at FIRST will begin taking possession of their units and begin to enjoy living in one of the most up-beat and exciting new community developments in the entire city – if not Western Canada.

The first phase of Evolution Condos by developer Embassy Bosa Inc. is soon to open its own doors to buyers, while other residential buildings like Verve, RiverHouse and additional phases of Evolution are in the pre-construction phases.
