New Calgary Condos - The Guardian Update

Developer Hon Towers has acquired the old site of Arriva 2 which was cancelled back in 2008 at the height of the economic recession. In its stead will be the Guardian, Calgary's up and coming tallest condominium building.

The Guardian is a new 44 story new being constructed on an existing parking structure for the unfinished Arriva 2 condo tower. The developer has published pricing with new condominium units starting at $207,900 for 441 square feet and ranging up to 1830 square feet in the $1.5 million range.

The Guardian is located at the 400 block of 12th Ave., Southeast and is going to be a striking building judging by the architectural drawings. This modern and contemporary new condo masterpiece will have a striking silhouette on the Calgary skyline. Features include beautiful kitchens, amazing views and a new offering for new Calgary condo buyers.

This project will bring a renewed life for the revitalization and redevelopment of East Victoria Park and the Stampede area just south of East Village.
