Atmosphere and Service
Inside of Notable you’ll find one of the classiest restaurant interiors there is. Dark, polished wood finishings, larger-than-life booths and an overall atmosphere that makes you feel like you are eating out at in lodge somewhere in the Rockies.
Apart from the well-done, comfortable interior that encourages your appetite, the level of service you receive is also jaw-dropping.
Take the chef’s monthly burger special for example. This order is changed month-to-month and our server described it perfectly to a point where my mouth was watering when she was done. Good job server!

Monthly burger inspiration, house made bun – $18.00 – grounded chorizo sausage and extra lean beef, pickled zucchini, lettuce, tomato, cumin, Gouda, harissa aioli on a house made bun
This amazing concoction is served with your choice of salad or fries. If this month’s special is anything like the last, then I’ll have to make my way down there very soon to fulfill the craving I have after writing that description above! One of the juiciest, tastiest, best Calgary burgers I’ve ever had – and I have had A LOT!
Notable specializes in meat dishes whether that be for brunch, lunch or during dinner. If you’re a meat lover like I am, I highly recommend this place anytime of the day!
