New Condos Currently Selling in Downtown Calgary
6th and 10th by Lamb Development Corp. On 10th Ave & 6th Street SW in the beltline community of Connaught adjacently south to the downtown core. 6th and Tenth is located in a prime spot to live a walkable lifestyle with easy access the beltline and downtown business core. Lamb Developments Corp has sold over 80 units so far and are hoping to start construction in the spring. Possession is estimated for q3 2015.
Vogue by the LaCaille group is located on 6th Avenue just before 9th Street SW In the west end of downtown. LaCaille Is a well-known local copy developer known for past projects such as the Five West Towers amongst several others. The developer says that sales are going very well and they’re hoping to also break ground sometime in the new year. Possession for Vogue Condos is expected to be in the later half of 2015.
Calla by the Qualex Landmark group located at 6th street and 14th Ave SW is now completely sold out! Possession at Calla condos is on track for summer 2013 and they are looking forward to launching their next building called Mark on 10th in the new year. FIRST in East Village is selling very well and is currently over 60% sold! This is the first of several projects by FRAM and Slokker from Toronto and they are hoping to break ground very soon. Possession at FIRST Condos is expected for the second half of 2014.
Evolution Fuse in East Village is seeing very strong sales with over 50% of the building now sold and construction underway. Evolution Fuse is a very high-end product with very large sweet sizes developed by Embassy Bosa from Vancouver. Possession at Evolution Condos is expected to be in the second half of 2014.
Drake By Grovsner is in Connaught just off of 17th Ave SW in the heart of the city’s most popular and most densely packed entertainment and restaurant district. Waterfront in Eau Claire is getting ready to launch their next tower in the spring.
