99 Different Ways to Keep Healthy – The Next 25
Here is part 2 of my list for 99 ways to stay healthy! Hope you didn't miss the first 25! I would love to know your thoughts. Life is what you make it so go out there and make this your day! 26. Sing a favorite song
27. Limit sugar intake
28. Wear sunscreen when exposed to the sun
29. Use OFF when going camping to prevent insect bites
30. Use certified UVB/UVA protective sunglasses
31. When riding a bicycle use a certified riding helmet
32. Yield to yellow lights, stop at stop signs and red lights
33. Avoid drinking and driving
34. Avoid drugging and driving, even prescriptions that make you fuzzy
35. Avoid crossing the street against the lights as a pedestrian
36. Avoid being exposed to UV rays while in the sun for extensive periods of time
37. Do muscle increasing workouts at the gym
38. Maintain healthy and productive relationships with family, friends and work associates
39. Wash your hands every time you use the bathroom
40. Use a seat belt when driving or in a moving vehicle of any kind
41. Refrain from smoking cigarettes
42. Avoid having to inhale second hand smoke
43. Consume vegetables, as much as possible
44. Consume fruits, as much as possible
45. Do cardio exercises that lower your resting heart rate, training your heart to pump more blood with less strokes
46. Limit sodium intake
47. Limit cholesterol / fat intake
48. Consume foods with low fat and low cholesterol
49. Be mindful of your weight
50. Don’t use or abuse any kind of illegal drugs
