Home Buyers Guide - Tip About Basketball Nets!
Here is a quick and subtle Calgary home buyers tip! Today I was on a street in the Calgary lake community of Sundance viewing a home and I could count 10 basketball hoops! TEN! Just on one street! This instantly told me this street had a lot of kids and had the potential to be a great family orientated place to live!
This is one simple & subtle way to judge a community and street. Now this is not a be all end all way to make a decision and you should do way more research before making a home buying decision but this is just one small thing to look for.
Here are a few more subtle clues to look for when buying a Calgary home:
- Is the grass cut?
- Do the neighbours homes have nice curb appeal?
- Is the snow shoveled?
- Do your potential new neighbours have a junkyard on the side of their house?
- Are their broke down old cars parked everywhere?
- Do you see lots of Basketball hoops on the street?
There are many more buyer tips I can give you to make sure you get the best value when buying your next home! Send me a quick message below or call me anytime and lets talk about your Calgary real estate goals and how we are going to accomplish them!
