    #5 – If you like the house, then you have a choice to make an offer immediately, or play the market for longer and see what develops.

    > Why is the property for sale?

    > How long as the property been on the market for?

    > How many offers has the seller received?

    > What repairs have been done to the house?

    > Are there any major issues i.e. structural, etc. with the home?

    > If a condo, has there been any special assessments?

    > Has the homeowner made any DIY renovations?

    > Is there a homeowner’s association (HOA), and if so, what are the fees?

    > What utilities does the property have, and what do they cost?

    > What is included with the home sale i.e. is there any furniture included, etc.?
