If you're looking to laugh, this festival will be one of the best things for you to do in Calgary this June.

Don’t miss this year’s FunnyFest Calgary Comedy Festival, an epic 11-day event featuring over 70 comedians and 11,000 punchlines.

Shows are typically from 7pm to 9pm nightly and tickets start at just $20. Just remember to show up about 30 minutes before showtime or more to claim your seats.

The 9th annual Calgary Ukrainian Festival is back! Explore Ukrainian heritage, passion and culture at this two-day event in Acadia, one of the best things to do in Calgary during June’s first weekend.

Live performances, authentic Ukrainian marketplace and cuisines, children’s activities and premium Ukrainian alcohol, this family-friendly event has a little bit of something for everyone.

On Saturday, June 2nd, the Ukrainian Festival will go all night long. Enjoy your favourite drink while rocking out way past sundown.

Horde at the Hive: Viking Village

Norse culture is taking over the streets of Okotoks this spring with this exciting Viking-themed two-day event.

You’ll see fierce live-action battle reenactments and an opportunity to check out artisan wares from several unique vendors.

If you’ve travelled on the Trans Canada Highway going to or from the mountains, there’s a big chance you’ve noticed this massive outdoor rock climbing wall at the new Calgary Climbing Centre facility.

With challenges spanning anywhere from 35 to 65 feet high, the outdoor climbing wall is just the tip of the iceberg as there’s way more on the inside for you to enjoy.

Maybe stop in for a quick drink and snack at the coffee bar when your done. This rock climbing facility really is one of the best in the city!
