Single-family homes are now for sale in Shawnee Park, a brand-new community development by Cardel located along Fish Creek Provincial Park in Calgary’s southwest.

Cardel Homes purchased Shaw-Nee Slopes golf course from the previous developer about two years ago and now have begun construction development on the first phase of homes – 17 lots - a handful of which have already been sold.
