Over the years, our city’s high-end residential market has exploded with new product, particularly in the infill category with rapid redevelopment of inner city communities. Today, you’ll find many luxury homes in neighbourhoods like Altadore, Britannia, Bridgeland, Crescent Heights, Roxboro, Rideau Park, Upper Mount Royal, and other similar areas.     What is Considered a Luxury Home in Calgary?

The most expensive condo listing in our city’s recent history is at The Princeton in Eau Claire for $9.5 million.
