    Price: Typically, luxury properties in the CMA are priced from the $1 million+ range, although today you can still find high-end condos, infills, and suburban homes in the $800,000 to $900,000 range across the city. The most expensive homes in Calgary have sold for nearly $20 million in the past (in Pump Hill), while the most expensive high-end rural properties have sold for much more than that.
