New Mixed-Use Community Coming to Winston Heights/Mountview
The Midfield Mobile Home Park on 16th Avenue NE and Deerfoot Trail is about to get a facelift, undergoing a complete redevelopment to become a vibrant mixed-use addition to Calgary's Winston Heights/Mountview community.
Called Midfield Heights, the area was previously referred to as Winston Heights Village and reflects its history while taking into account feedback from the nearby residents. Once complete, the 24-acre site will host office, retail and residential spaces and become a new amenity hub for anyone travelling/living along the Trans-Canada Highway.
