Midfield Heights: New Mixed-Use Community Under Construction

The Midfield Mobile Home Park on 16th Avenue NE and Deerfoot Trail has undergone a complete redevelopment into a vibrant mixed-use addition to Calgary’s Winston Heights/Mountview community.
Called Midfield Heights, the area was previously known as Winston Heights Village. Once complete, the 24-acre site will host office, retail and residential spaces and become a new amenity hub for anyone travelling/living along the Trans-Canada Highway.
With construction underway, Midfield Heights condominiums and townhouses for sale could be on the market sooner than most people think. We provide several updates on the latest developer activity in Calgary’s Midfield Heights neighbourhood below.

March 2026 Update Comments
At this stage, there are still no confirmed details on unit pricing, design renderings for presale marketing, or launch timelines. However, with multiple development applications now in motion, we can expect more clarity throughout 2026 as approvals progress.
Please see the following link for additional information regarding the development applications: link.
We will continue monitoring updates from the City of Calgary and will share any major announcements, especially as these applications move through the review process.
In the meantime, if you’d like to explore similar pre-construction or multi-family investment opportunities around Calgary, I’d be happy to provide some current options.
