    #2 – Upon agreeing to go see the property, your agent may act as your chauffer or agree to meet you there during the scheduled time.

    #3 – An agent acting as the seller’s representative will be at the house to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

    #4 – Take your time to see each room of the house, imagining yourself and family in the rooms and how each of those spaces would be used and furnished.

    #5 – If you like the house, then you have a choice to make an offer immediately, or play the market for longer and see what develops.

    Your REALTOR® will be able to guide you throughout the viewing of the open house, making you aware of features or items that may or may not be beneficial for you in relation to your real estate goals.
