Vancouver based developer Qualex Landmark has announced it will be building another original new condo called Park Point.

The new building will overlook Central Memorial Park, one of Calgary’s well known and highly used downtown green spaces, and will be located at 12th Avenue and 2nd Street SW on the former site of the CIBC Operations Centre.
