The majority of Chestermere real estate is found on the west side of the lake, although newer developments are now springing up on the east side.

    A brand new Costco, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond + more is found along Highway 1A just before entering Calgary. Part of the new East Hills Shopping Centre, you’ll also find a handful of restaurants and other shops and services here. Drive a little further on the Highway 1A to reach “International Avenue” where you’ll find a full spectrum of businesses and services ready to help you!

    Chestermere is also home to the 18-hole Lakeside Golf Club complete with a grill restaurant and event halls. The Calgary Yacht Club also calls the small city its home; as one of the largest man-made lakes in the Calgary region suitable for boating, it makes sense!
