Einstein New Inner City Condos in Calgary

Lo and behold, another new condo project in Calgary has been announced! Developed by the Providence Group, Einstein condos will start in the low $300’s. Einstein holds true to its name through intelligently designed, unique features such as:

• An elevator car garage, transporting residents to the heated, two level, underground parking area (the first of its kind in Calgary). Elevator car garages increase condo security and reduce the environment footprint left by any additional cement construction

• Durable, stylish exterior standing up to the trails of time, while maximizing the new condos curb appeal.

• Rooftop system to absorb rain water falling on Einstein and somehow make use of it in the new condo… (further details yet to be made known). Very interesting!

• A large rooftop patio area for resident use great for social functions, rest, relaxation and any other activities that might come to mind

Einstein condos are currently in the pre-construction phase. The new Calgary condo is set to be built along 26th Avenue and 14th Street SW, placing it in a prime inner city location less than 10 minutes from the downtown core and between the popular areas of 17th Avenue SW and Marda Loop.

Einstein condos location is well within walking distance from these two areas where you will find a full spectrum of amenities and services including restaurants, retail, shopping, automotive services, grocers, banks, entertainment of all sorts and much, much more.

Another desirable trait of Einstein’s location is its close proximity to the Elbow River and Talisman Rec. Centre. I am estimating it would take anywhere from 8 to 12 minutes minute’s max to get there.
