N3 is a new condominium by Knightsbridge found in the highly desirable and walkable downtown Calgary community of East Village.

Completed in 2017, N3 is the first condo in Calgary to go completely “car-less”. There’s no titled parking underground this high-rise condominium which allowed the developer to originally sell units for a much more affordable price.
