    • E. Cross Junior High – Public – Grade 7 to 9
    • Central Memorial High School – Public – Grade 10 to 12

    All schools above offer a variety of programs ranging from regular to French Immersion to Spanish bi-lingual and more. Mount Royal University is also just a short drive away, about 10 minutes to the east, while the University of Calgary is a bit further than that to the north.

    Glendale Public Transportation

    Glendale’s main source of public transportation is 37th Street SW found on the eastern boundary of Glendale. Three main routes on 37th Street SW include Circle Routes 72 and 73 and Glenbrook Express 166. Circle Routes encircle the whole city connecting stations from the south and north sectors.

    Other routes that are close by include Signal Hill, 69th Street, Killarney and 26th Avenue, Aspen Woods, BRT North and West, Valley Ridge, Coach Hill, Cougar Ridge and Strathcona. Glendale has numerous different opportunities for residents trying to get somewhere.

    • Northern Border – 17th Avenue SW from Sarcee Trail SW to 37th Street SW
    • Eastern Border – 37th Street SW from 17th Avenue SW to 26th Avenue SW
